Mr Devaraj Srinivasamurthy is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon who works closely with David at the Stoke-on-Trent clinic. He is a consultant Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon at University Hospital of Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust. He has a busy NHS practice and offers Endovascular and minimally invasive treatments for venous and arterial conditions.

Dev completed his vascular surgical training in South Yorkshire. He spent a year at Manchester Royal Infirmary and completed an Endovascular fellowship gaining considerable experience in endovascular & minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins.

He undertook an Advanced Endovascular Fellowship at University of Toronto in 2015 and enjoyed living and working in Toronto for a year.

He has a specialist interest in endovascular peripheral arterial interventions and minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins.

He has an interest in medical education and has completed a Masters in Education (MEd) from University of Sheffield.

Outside work he loves spending time with his family. He has two boys Sid and Aditya who keep him busy and entertained. He played cricket in Yorkshire & Derbyshire league before his fellowship in Toronto and is keen to get back into playing league cricket in West Midlands next season. If he gets lucky he hopes to score his first century!

Mr Srinivasamurphy has committed to working at Veincentre Stoke on a Wednesday. If you book an initial consultation with Mr Srinivasamurphy in Stoke, all your future appointments will be with Mr Srinivasamurphy in Stoke. As such, it is important to note that if you opt to go ahead with treatment this will be undertaken with Mr Srinivasamurphy on a Wednesday (as will all future follow-up appointments).

Occasionally Mr Srinivasamurphy may open up a list on another day (e.g. a Tuesday), especially during our busy periods, however we cannot guarantee appointment dates on any other day than a Wednesday even if a previous appointment was on a different day. If you are unable to attend one of Mr Srinivasamurphy ‘s dates and hence wish to switch consultants, you will need to attend and pay for a new consultation with the other consultant prior to any treatment being undertaken. Please take care when choosing which consultant/ date to book.

Please note that due to holidays Mr Srinivasamurphy may not be available every week.
