Dr Sam Stuart
Consultant Interventional Radiologist
GMC No: 6103080
MB BS 2004 University of London
Dr Sam Stuart works as an NHS Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. He specialises in venous procedures as well as vascular and non vascular intervention. He regularly give lectures on interventional radiology and presents research at international conferences as well as running educational courses for those interested in radiology and interventional radiology. He has recently got married to Lydia and is a dynamic young colleague working with the Veincentre team at our South Kensington clinic.
He is a keen cyclist and loves playing football having captained the medical school team. Now as a mature young man he plays for his university academicals football team, or in his own words (the old men's team). He enjoys playing tennis and the occasional round of golf but is certainly not a Tiger Woods. He is dragged regularly to the ballet by his wife and loves listening to live music, fancying himself as a singer and painter but sadly no one else seems to recognise these talents!
