The Role:

This is a part time role working 1-3 days per week with ad hoc sessions also available. The number of sessions is likely to increase as patient demand increases. Successful candidates will be:

  • Providing high quality professional, safe, friendly and supportive nursing care for our patients
  • Assuring quality of care by adhering to Veincentre policies and procedures.
  • Keeping patients record up to date
  • Participating in clinical governance including regular audit and risk management assessment meetings
  • Managing stock control
  • Maintain high standard of service and professionalism keeping patients safety a key priority
  • Making sure that Veincentre’s core values of Honesty, Safety, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Respect and Value for money are respected and practised

You must be registered with the NMC but no previous venous experience is required as you will be fully trained in-house. This position comes with a competitive salary and excellent working conditions to ensure job satisfaction.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to work in our clinic. This is a part time role, please see hours above. The number of sessions is likely to increase as patient demand increases. You will be the first person our patients meet so we are looking for someone who is presentable, polite, friendly, personable and has excellent communication skills. Overall your role is to ensure all of our patients have the best possible experience throughout their time at the clinic.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Welcoming patients / customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Patient invoicing and taking payments
    • Typing Medical Reports
    • Preparing medical notes ensuring that all relevant paperwork is ready for the consultant
    • Assembling client lists ready for the following day’s operating list
    • Updating patient records and dealing with confidential information
    • Communication with patients via telephone & e-mail
    • Being able to answer/direct any queries that our patients may have
    • Chatting to patients and their relatives/friends
    • Offering refreshments (tea/coffee) to patients
    • Keeping the reception clean and tidy throughout the day Purchasing provisions e.g. milk, newspapers/magazines and flowers as required from petty cash
    • Performing Stock check

      The Role

      The aim of the role is to encourage people along their patient journey, and to help them make decisions through the sales funnel to realise company revenue targets.

      As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for maximising messaging, engagement and conversion through the funnel using 1st party data already in the database, generated by the acquisition side of the marketing team. The role would suit someone who is customer oriented and has a commercial mind but isn’t afraid to get stuck into building and testing complex automations with multiple data sets.

      With a strong background in customer lifecycle marketing, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the end-to-end customer communications across email, SMS and eventually push, as the IT products develop to fit the business.

      Responsibilities

      Managing all customer communication journeys alongside Group Clinic Manager

      Reporting effectiveness against key metrics including test results, engagement, and conversion

      Developing and managing the testing and optimisation plans

      Supporting Marketing Director on wider CRM strategy

      Working closely with other Marketing, Patient Advisory and Business Intelligence team to deliver the best possible customer experiences

      Experience

      3 years in a CRM role

      An ideas person who is willing to contribute to conversation

      Experience planning and optimising end to end customer journey communication plans

      Thorough planner with a keen eye for detail

      Ability to work with Senior Leaders and Middle Management to gather requirements and build out plans to meet the scope

      Reporting to: Finance Director

      Description of Duties

      • Ensuring that all existing clinics are registered with our key health insurance providers and there is no interruption in cover
      • Register all new clinics with insurance providers in a timely fashion so that clinics are eligible from the point of opening
      • Support new consultants with insurance company registrations, guiding them through the process and ensuring this is completed before they reach the end of their induction
      • Communicate with all insurance companies regarding any queries, for example errors on invoices, or declined authorisations
      • Be the key liaison between our insurance companies and our patients, using your knowledge of Veincentre procedures and the treatment journey to ensure that billing is correct and the process runs smoothly
      • Creating invoices in our Patient Management System (e-clinic) ready for submission to our insurance companies
      • Checking procedure codes are correct and match the treatment received by the patient
      • Manage all aged debt; liaising with insurance companies for payments and liaising with patients (both excess amounts and self-funding patients) where payment is overdue
      • Overall management of fees and agreements with insurance companies overseeing any fee changes which occur
      • Managing the Healthcode online system – data entry and verification of figures – ensuring these correlate with payments received from insurance companies. Allocating remittances in the patients records in e-clinic
      • Communicate with Healthcode routinely for consultant/clinic registrations
      • The role may involve ad hoc projects and tasks not related to insurance to support the finance department, or different functions across the wider business

      We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of data-driven solutions that support business decision-making processes. You will work with various teams across the organisation to identify and analyse data requirements, design and implement reports, and provide insights that enable data-driven decision making.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, whilst supporting the transition of the business into Power BI
