Processing your enquiries
Medical details you send to us electronically for assessment of your condition, arrangement of appointment or any other purpose may be transmitted to Consultants with admitting rights at the Veincentre for their professional opinion.
By sending us your details, health records etc. you consent and accept that it may be necessary for us to forward these clinical details electronically or in other formats.

When you contact us to enquire about our services, we will collect personal information about you to enable us to provide you with the information that you have enquired about. Health Information collected during treatments and services
Where sensitive clinical information is collected it will be kept confidential and secure and will only be disclosed to and received from those individuals involved with your treatment or care, or to their agents and, if applicable, to any person or organisation who may be responsible for meeting your treatment expenses or their agents.
When attending an initial consultation at one of our clinics, patients are required to complete a Pre-Treatment Questionnaire. This questionnaire asks the patient to state whether they are happy for us to contact their GP. Any patient who objects to their GP being contacted must agree to the following statement:
I declare that having been advised that best practice dictates that my GP should be made aware of any specialist treatment. I have decided that I do not want my GP to be informed about the services being provided by Veincentre Ltd. I will keep any correspondence about my clinical treatment in case I ever need to show any doctor in the future.
Only clinical information will be passed to a patient’s GP unless we obtain specific patient consent to do so.
Information may be provided to external service providers and regulatory bodies for the purpose of clinical audit to ensure the highest standards of care and record keeping are maintained.
Veincentre may participate in national audits and initiatives to help ensure that patients are getting the best possible outcomes from their treatment and care. We will use your personal data in order to monitor the outcome of your treatment by us. The highest standards of confidentiality will be applied to your personal data in accordance with data protection law and confidentiality. If this data is published, it will be in anonymised statistical form. Anonymous or aggregated data may be used by us, or disclosed to others, for research or statistical purposes and registered with such bodies.

We do not currently take any card details/ payments via our website.
