Our Patient Advisors are available: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Please note we are closed on bank holidays.
We just treat veins and so our advisors are extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment process of both varicose and thread veins. Prior to committing to an appointment with us, our advisors are here to help answer any of your queries and they can help you assess your veins and give you an idea of what treatment you're likely to require. All of our advisors have watched each of our procedures being undertaken and so can accurately describe what the appointments will entail. If they don't know an answer to one of your questions they will refer it directly onto one of our clinicians for you. They can also talk you through the fixed costs associated with each stage of the process so you have no nasty surprises once you've booked in.
