Bernadette is the Head of Quality & Compliance at Veincentre and is based in our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent. Bernadette has worked in both NHS and independent healthcare for more than 35 years primarily in management but started her career as a dental nurse in the Royal Hospitals in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Bernadette joined Veincentre in 2021 bringing with her an extensive experience and background in patient safety and quality and leads our compliance department. Bernadette’s key focus is to ensure our entire business relates to our patient safety & health and safety strategies which are centred around a service that is delivered through strong leadership, patient involvement and teamwork across the organisation. In her spare time Bernadette enjoys gardening and reading, and is currently learning to play the piano.
