Caroline started nursing over 20 years ago as a nursing assistant and qualified as a registered nurse over 15 years ago.
She has worked mostly in acute medicine and a short time in dialysis. For the past 5 years she has been training in holistic therapies and qualified in reiki, pellowah, kinetic shift hypnotherapy and Indian head massage.
Caroline is currently doing a course in CBT hypnotherapy and learning energy medicine, EFT and has an interest in NLP. Her main passion is relaxing the mind with mindfulness and meditation and enjoys helping people. Outside of work, she is married and has 2 grown up daughters and 2 grandsons. She lives at home with her husband and Denny the dog, who has his own Instagram page. Enjoys her garden and being creative with crafts.
