What Made You Seek Treatment?
Donna had lived with varicose veins since she was 13. Over the next 40 years, they became increasingly painful and embarrassing, making long walks with her dogs and competing in dog agility difficult.
After encouragement from her sister and a recommendation from a neighbour whose family member had been treated at VeinCentre, Donna booked a consultation at our Nottingham clinic.

How Has Life Been Since Treatment?
Just a few weeks after treatment, Donna completed a 12-mile walk in the Peak District.
“It was amazing. It’s the first time in 40 years that I’ve completed a walk like that with no pain.”
Treatment has also transformed her confidence. For the first time in four decades, Donna is wearing shorts again.
She’s now able to enjoy long walks and the activities she loves without her veins holding her back.
