How to get to us

There are several parking options within walking distance of VeinCentre Glasgow. As the clinic is located on West George Street in Glasgow city centre, parking is not available directly outside the building.

Nearby parking options include Q-Park Waterloo Street, G2 6BZ and NCP Glasgow Mitchell Street, G1 3LN, both within around a 10-minute walk of the clinic.

As Glasgow city centre can be busy during peak periods, we recommend planning your journey in advance and allowing extra time for parking. Many patients also choose to travel by taxi for added convenience.

By Train:

Glasgow Queen Street Station – 10-minute walk

Glasgow Central Station – 10-minute walk

Both stations offer direct rail connections across Glasgow, Ayrshire and wider Scotland, making the clinic convenient for patients travelling from surrounding areas.

By Subway:

Buchanan Street Subway Station – 8-minute walk

Glasgow Subway services run frequently throughout the city centre, providing convenient access to West George Street.

By Bus:

Several bus routes operate through Glasgow city centre, with stops close to West George Street and the clinic entrance.

Nearby stops on West George Street and Buchanan Street are served by routes including the 1, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 6, 60 and 77.

We recommend checking current routes and timetables before travelling.

By Taxi:

Taxis are generally easy to find in Glasgow city centre, and many patients also choose to use app-based services such as Uber. If you would like help arranging a taxi after your appointment, our reception team will be happy to assist.

 

Please note that the entrance to VeinCentre Glasgow is narrow and there are two flights of stairs upon entry to reach the clinic. There is no step-free access at this location, so the clinic may not be suitable for patients using wheelchairs or those with significant mobility limitations.
