How to get to us
By Car
VeinCentre Norwich is located in Lakeside 500 on Broadland Business Park, just off Old Chapel Way.
At the interchange on Maple Way, take the exit towards Broadland Business Park South (A1042). At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Old Chapel Way and continue past the Premier Inn, Brewers Fayre and Waterside Cafe.
Continue following the blue signs for Lakeside 500 until you reach the car park in front of the building.
The VeinCentre parking spaces are located on the fourth row back from Lakeside 500 and are numbered 99, 100, 101, 102 and 103. Free parking is available in these designated VeinCentre spaces.
Once inside the building, you will find an intercom outside the entrance. Please select the VeinCentre option to gain entry. The clinic is on the first floor. You can take the lift or the stairs to the right of the entrance. On the first floor, follow the VeinCentre signage to the clinic.
A dedicated disabled parking space is available directly in front of the building.

By Public Transport
VeinCentre Norwich is accessible by train, bus and taxi.
By Train:
- Norwich Railway Station – approximately 3.5 miles from the clinic, around a 12-minute taxi journey.
Alternatively, buses 16 and 17 can be taken from Norwich Railway Station (Stop DD) towards the Broadland Business Park area.
Norwich Railway Station provides rail connections to London, Cambridge, Ipswich and other destinations across the East of England and beyond.
By Bus:
The nearest bus stop is Old Chapel Way, approximately a two-minute walk from the clinic.
Bus routes including the 15, 5B, 15A, 16 and 14 operate in the area. Please check the current bus timetable before travelling, as routes and times may change.
By Taxi:
Taxis are generally available from Norwich city centre and Norwich railway station, and many patients also choose to use app-based services such as Uber. If you would like help arranging a taxi after your appointment, our reception team will be happy to assist.

Are treatments carried out at VeinCentre Norwich?
Yes. VeinCentre Norwich provides consultant-led treatment on site for varicose veins and thread veins.
All procedures are carried out in our Norwich clinic and are designed to be walk-in, walk-out, with no general anaesthetic and no hospital stay. Treatments may include EVLA, foam sclerotherapy, microsclerotherapy or thermocoagulation, depending on your individual needs.
Do I need a GP referral to be seen at the Norwich clinic?
No, you do not need a GP referral to book an appointment at VeinCentre Norwich. You are welcome to self refer and arrange a consultation directly with one of our experienced Vascular Consultants.
Please note that VeinCentre is a private clinic and we do not accept NHS referrals. If you have been referred through the NHS, you would need to be seen within an NHS service rather than at our clinic.
