Microsclerotherapy is the most suitable treatment to get rid of spider veins. This procedure is a minimally invasive, walk-in, walk-out treatment that only takes between 30 and 45 minutes. Microsclerotherapy involves the administering of a drug called a sclerosant into the thread veins. The sclerosant damages the lining of the vein and it then collapses, so that blood can’t flow through it. The tiny abnormal vessel then slowly fades visually away.
