AM I LIKELY TO DEVELOP VARICOSE VEINS ANYWHERE ELSE DURING PREGNANCY?

You may find that you get varicose veins developing on the vulva. This is quite a common problem during pregnancy. It is due to a slightly different anatomical problem: it’s the veins inside the pelvis and draining the ovaries which cause the veins on the vulva to develop. They tend to get better after you’ve delivered your baby however there will be a higher chance that they’ll come back again in that position in some latter part of your life.
